STEP 1: Create a Food Plan that will balance your blood sugar levels. Blood sugar levels are key, it's the ups and downs that cause cravings. Simply eat unprocessed foods in their original form.
Think Baked Potato vs Bread.
STEP 2: Learn to ALLOW urges rather than respond or resist.
This will re-wire the brain and break the binge circuit you accidentally created.
STEP 3: Learn how to PROCESS your emotions. You eat because you do not want to feel. Feel More, Eat less.
STEP 4: Eat the Foods on your Plan, allow for Urges, Rinse and Repeat.
